Pictures at the stamp face: 0.10 lv - Geoffroy's marmoset (Callthrix geoffroyi); 0.20 lv. – hippopotamus (Hippopotamus amphibious); 0.35 lv. – (Camelus bactrianus); 0,55 lv. – (Suricata suricata); 0,60 lv. – blue-yellow ara (Ara ara-ararauna); 1 lv. – mountain cat (Lynx lunx). Block “70 years Union of the Bulgarian Philatelists”

 

Validation date: June 16^th 2008. Face value / size of the stamp in the block: 0.60 lv., 50/25 мм. Imperforated, with imitated perforation. Picture at stamp face in the block: motorcycle BMW R12 Single Carb, 1935, used during 1938 by the Bulgarian Post Service; the logo of the UBP. In the millesime: - the cover page of magazine “Post stamp” (Philatelic Review”) issued June 1938 (when the Union of the Bulgarian Philatelists has been established), European Philatelic Exhibition BULGARIA 2009 and the European Philatelic Federation (FEPA) logos. Artist: Nenko Atanasov.

Validation date: October 16^th 2008, during opening of the National Philatelic Exhibition PLOVDIV 2008. Face value / size of the stamp in the block: 0.60 lv., 0/25 mm. Imperforated, with imitated perforation. The picture at stamp face in the block is the same as the post stamp – automobile “Ferrari” model 2008. In the millesime – a fragment from the fresco “Creating the World” from Michelangelo and the European Philatelic Exhibition BULGARIA 2009 logo. Artist: Emilian Stankev.

Validation date: November 21^st 2008, in the crypt of the Temple-Monument “St. Alexander Nevski”.. Face value / size of the stamp in the block: 0.60 lv., 28.5/39 mm. Imperforated, with imitated perforation. Picture at post stamp face in the block: the same as the post stamp – “Holly Mother” (area of town Trojan), dated 18 century. Artist: Natalia Kuruch.
